If you wish to return a product you purchased from CRT Performance please come by the shop, contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at (419) 668-4151. Your satisfaction is important to us so we will work with you to make sure your experience with us is a positive one. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns if the product has been installed and used, unless that product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In this situation we will work with both you and the manufacturer to facilitate a return and/or exchange within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. All returns not made locally at our shop must have an RMA, and all RMA's must be requested within ten (10) days of receipt of the product. Please email or call us for an RMA as soon as it has become apparent that a return is necessary. All claims for broken, defective or damaged product must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of the product so please check your deliveries upon receipt.
Refund Request: In the unlikely even that the product you receive is not what you expected, or you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we will be happy to give you a full product refund less shipping and handling charges. All of our products are described in detail on our website and we do our best to educate our customers before they make a purchase, but nevertheless sometimes a customer will request a refund, and we understand. The customer is responsible for returning the unopened package in re-saleable condition with insured shipping paid delivered to us at CRT Performance. Pack the items securely and insure the package for the purchase price of the merchandise. We do not issue credit until the item is back in our hands and insurance protects you against the package being lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged Product: Pieces damaged in shipping may be returned for full refund including shipping costs, repair or replacement if replacement is available. Please contact us immediately to obtain an RMA within ten (10) days of receipt of the damaged product. All packing materials must be kept regardless of apparent damage to packaging. The damaged goods must be returned to us at the address shown below before a replacement or refund will be issued.
Defective Product: In the unlikely event that the customer receives defective product, the customer will receive a full product refund including shipping charges or the defective items will be replaced if replacement is available. Please contact us to obtain an RMA within ten (10) days of receipt of the defective product. Pack the items securely and insure the package for the purchase price of the merchandise. We do not issue credit until the item is back in our hands and insurance protects you against the package being lost or damaged in transit. Please call us before returning a defective product as we may be able to correct the situation without a full return of the product (i.e. replacement parts).
Product Warranty: All new products sold by CRT Performance come with a Manufacturer's warranty only if stated on the website or in product literature delivered with the product. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty details and redemption questions, however, we will be happy to assist you with any warranty issues so feel free to contact CRT Performance at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have.
Workmanship Warranty: Just like with the products we sell, we want the customer to be satisfied with the work we perform. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us within ten (10) days of the completion of work and we will work diligently to resolve any problems. Because of the nature of the services that we provide, CRT Performance cannot be held responsible for breakage, malfunction or damage if the vehicle has been placed in a racing situation, sanctioned or otherwise. Please be advised that additional cost may be incurred for follow-up work, should the repairs be outside of the ten (10) day notification period or be deemed to be unrelated to previous work.
